Lenuel Ray Bragg, 62, of Ubly, Michigan and formerly of Lake City, Arkansas passed away February 27, 2018 at his home. Len was born on July 29, 1955 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to the late Charlie and Anna Pearl (Coomer) Bragg. Len earned his pilot license at the age of 16. He graduated from Lake City High School then joined the U.S. Army where he served as a Sergeant and was trained as an airplane and helicopter mechanic. Len had resided in Ubly, Michigan since 2015. His passions were flying airplanes and helicopters, racing and working on his #61 dirt track stock car, hanging out with his dogs and most of all being “Pawpaw” to his four grandchildren.
Len is survived by his daughter, Beth (Eric) Brilinski, of Ubly, Michigan; his son, Charlie (Kimberly) Bragg, of Ubly, Michigan; his four grandchildren, Rose, Roger and Anna Rae Brilinski, Eva Bragg; two sisters, Lorell (Ron) Scott, of Babcock, Wisconsin, Carolyn (Jerry) Gray of Brookland, Arkansas; the mother of his children, Johanna O’Connell of Ubly, Michigan; many nieces and nephews.
Len was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Anna Pearl (Coomer) Bragg; two brothers, Johnny Bragg, Doyle Peyton; his infant twin sons, Jason and Matthew.
A memorial for Len will be held at 12:00 pm on April 7 at Trinity Cemetery in Bono, Arkansas.
