Mrs. Margaret E. (Geboski) Miller, 95 of Ubly, passed away Thursday, November 30, 2017 at the Satchell’s Christian Retirement Home in Caro. Margaret was born on June 26, 1922 in Paris Township to the late Theodore and Susie (Buraza) Grzybowski. She married Harry J. Miller on February 14, 1942 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Ubly. He preceded her in death on May 6, 1995. She was an 8th grade graduate of a country school. She worked on the farm with her family. She was a lifelong parishioner of St. John Catholic Church, Good Shepherd Parish in Ubly. She enjoyed gardening, writing letters, cross word puzzles and visiting with family and friends. Margaret is survived by two sons, David and his wife, Janet of Haslett, Daniel and his wife, Barbara of Caro; one daughter, Jane Gwisdalla and her husband, Gary of Ripley, WV; 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; one brother, Theodore Geboski and his wife, Gerry of Lewiston; two sisters, Ether Gallagher of Mt. Pleasant, Norma Burroff of Lansing. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Mary Miller, one son, Frederick Miller; two brothers, Willard and James Geboski. Mass of Christian burial will be 1:00 pm Saturday, December 9, 2017 at St. John Catholic Church, Good Shepherd Parish in Ubly. Rev. Charles Hammond, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Valley Cemetery in Ubly. Visitation will be at St. John Catholic Church in Ubly on Saturday, December 9 from 11:30 until the mass at 1:00 pm. Memorials have been requested to Good Shepherd Parish.
