June E. Froehlich, 86, of Harbor Beach, passed away Friday, July 17, 2015 at the Bay County Rehabilitation Center. She was born June 25, 1929 in Palms to the late Levi and Myrtle (Russell) Noble. She married Alfred Froehlich on October 4, 1947 in Palms. He preceded her in death on October 16, 1974. June was a graduate of Deckerville High School. She farmed with her family and husband until 1968. She worked for various, including Protocraft of Deckerville for several years. She was also employed by the Harbor Beach Water Treatment plant and was a sales representative for Avon until June 1 of this year. June was a member of various local senior citizen clubs, including the Port Hope Retirees. She was a former member of Trinity Lutheran church in Forestville. June enjoyed crafts, gardening and playing euchre with her friends. She is survived by three daughters, Susan (Steve) McClintock of Zephyrhills, Fla., Judy (Larry) Gunsell of Sebewaing, Joy (Ken) Marotzke of Traverse City; one son, Stephen Froehlich of Parisville; 11 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; two sisters, Diana Pawlowski of Harbor Beach, Linda (Gary) Schultz of Commerce; one sister-in-law, Dorothy Noble of West Branch. June was preceded in death by an infant son, Allen, grandson, Jeremy Jelinek, four sisters, Ila, Rosalyn, Viola and Ruth; three brothers, Junior, Eugene and Robert. A private service will be held at a later date at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Forestville.
