Tyler Joseph Peruski

Tyler J. Peruski, 18 of Ubly passed away August 4, 2012 at Covenant Hospital in Saginaw. He was born August 6, 1993 in Bad Axe to Randy and Barbara (Grifka) Peruski. Tyler attended the Huron Intermediate Learning Center for 12 years. He was a member of the 4H Challengers Club and enjoyed showing his sheep. He also enjoyed pine cones and riding four wheelers around the farm. Tyler has been residing at the Lambson Family Home in Sandusky since October of 2011. Tyler is survived by his parents, Randy and Barbara Peruski of Ubly, two sisters, Ashley Grifka and Kelsey Peruski, both of Ubly; paternal grandparents, Stanley and Lorraine Peruski of Ubly; maternal grandmothers, Diane Grifka and Catherine Grifka, both of Ubly, many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, George Grifka, one uncle, Dennis Grifka, one cousin, infant Jillian Peruski. The funeral service for Tyler will be 11 am Wednesday, August 8 at the Zinger-Smigielski Funeral Home in Ubly. Rev. Joseph Griffin, pastor of St. John Catholic Church in Ubly will officiate. Visitation will be at the Zinger-Smigielski Funeral Home in Ubly on Tuesday from 1:30-9:00 pm and Wednesday from 10:00 -11:00 am. Memorials have been requested to the Family Discretionary Fund.
