Deanna Muriel Seizinger, 74, resident of Caseville, formerly of Sterling Heights passed away Monday, July 2, 2012 in Bay Port. Deanna was born on November 4, 1937 in Detroit, daughter and only child of the late Clifford Dean Stubbs and Muriel Collins (Lumley) McCullough. She was raised in Detroit, Rose City, and Van Dyke, Michigan. Deanna was an East Commerce High School graduate in 1955 and worked as a Secretary for various businesses, primarily at Volkswagen of America, Inc. in Warren until retiring. Deanna is survived by her step-granddaughter, Jacqueline Cristoforo of Canton; cousins Carol (Stan) Ciolk, Donald Snyder, Beverly Snyder all of Grand Rapids, Linda Scope of Washington Twp., Roger (Sandy) Lumley of Rochester, Lucille Gordon (Godmother), Lindy (Ron) Hadorn of Louisville, KY, Judy Stammerman, Chris Leahy of Harrisburg, PA, Robert (Kay) Stubbs of Algonac, and Suzanne (Russ) Phillips of Scottsdale, AZ; special friends John Smigielski of Ubly, Mark (Jennifer) Smigielski and family of Minden City, and Michelle Genis and her son of Ruth. Funeral mass for Deanna will be 11 a.m. Friday, July, 6, 2012 at the Zinger-Smigielski Funeral Home in Ubly. Pastor Wayne Keim of Fairhaven Community Church will officiate. Burial will be in Valley Cemetery in Ubly. Visitation will be Thursday from 3-8 p.m. and Friday 10-11 a.m. at the Zinger-Smigielski Funeral Home in Ubly. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Fairhaven Community Church, Bay Port, MI, or ASPCA.
