Leanna M. Kipper

Leanna M. Kipper, 47 of Ubly, passed away Sunday, September 25, 2011 at her sister’s residence in Fostoria under hospice care. She was born on August 5, 1964 in Pontiac to Lawrence Spencer and George and Linda (Junek) Jackson. She married John Kipper on November 15, 1994 at the New Life Ministries Church in Filion. Leanna was a graduate of Lapeer East High School. She received her bachelor’s degree in business from Davenport University where she later taught computer classes. She worked at Draves Distributing as a bookkeeper. She was also employed at the Huron County Court House. She enjoyed crocheting and reading. Leanna is survived by her son, Brandon Luckadoo of Lake Orion; her parents, George and Linda Jackson of Ubly; her siblings, Gigi (Jackson) Zaratzian, Ruth Pauduren, Tracy Jackson, Brent Jackson, Lavena Warthen, Larry Spencer and Charles Spencer; numerous aunts, family and friends that loved her dearly. The funeral service will be 1 pm Wednesday, September 28 at New Life Ministries Church in Filion. Rev. Ronald Landenburg, pastor, will officiate. Visitation will be at the church on Wednesday from 11 am until the service at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the Family Discretionary Fund.
